Shipping Policy

Scala’s Original ships orders by second day air via UPS and schedules deliveries to arrive during the week to keep shipping costs reasonably priced. We use special packaging to ensure freshness of every order including sealed freezer packs and specially designed insulated boxes.

Orders placed up until12:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday will be shipped immediately to arrive in two days.

Orders received Thursday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Since our items are perishable, all packages will be left at the shipping address without signature.

Our prices do include shipping costs. Shipping is calculated by package weight and distance from our Chicago location.

Your order will be followed with an E-mail to verify your purchase and tracking number.
