Terms & Conditions

Scala’s Original will accept responsibility to refund full purchase price and delivery cost in the event of, and with verification of, a late or damaged delivery by UPS that causes our perishable product to arrive inedible. We will also refund the posted price of an item damaged in a partially damaged delivery with verification by UPS. ie: broken jar of giardinara, opened container of beef or sausage.
